Gestational Diabetes Information Pack for health professionals
The NDSS has developed a Gestational Diabetes Information Pack for Credentialled Diabetes Educators (CDEs) and General Practitioners (GPs) which contains information about the resources provided to women who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and are registered with the NDSS. The Information Pack is to provide CDEs and GPs with quick reference checklists.* These reference lists will be useful for health professionals in the delivery and management of diabetes services to women with gestational diabetes.
