If you are living with diabetes, there is a lot you can do to manage it and look after your health. The NDSS provides support to help you to live well with diabetes.

The NDSS can help provide the support you need to live well with diabetes. Joining the NDSS is free and provides you with: 

  • Resources developed with community, for community
  • Community education events, such as yarning circles

Joining the NDSS is easy. Simply ask your health professional to register you online, and within minutes you’ll receive a text message or email giving you immediate access to all the NDSS has to offer.
