How to become an NDSS Access Point
In all states and territories, people with diabetes can get NDSS subsidised products from an NDSS Access Point. NDSS Access Points are appointed and overseen by state and territory Agents.
Apply to become an Access Point
To apply to become an NDSS Access Point:
- read the NDSS Access Point Guidelines (including application form)
- complete a Direct debit form for the collection of NDSS registrant contributions
- send the completed form to the NDSS Agent in your state or territory—details can be found on the form.
