NDSS Duplicate Invoices
It has been brought to our attention that some pharmacies and registrants have received a duplicate invoice for previous NDSS product sales. This has been identified as a system generated error, and Diabetes Australia is currently investigating as to why this has occurred.
If you have received a duplicate invoice, you are not required to take any action. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact the NDSS Helpline on 1300 136 588, or email the NDSS at firstname.lastname@example.org.
