*Important notice about NDSS product supply and delivery *

There have been changes to the way NDSS products are supplied and delivered.

What this means for people with diabetes:

Consumers will now receive all NDSS products, including insulin pump consumables (IPCs), through NDSS Access Points, usually your local community pharmacy.

If you do not know where your nearest NDSS community pharmacy is located, you can check on the NDSS website at ndss.com.au or call the NDSS Helpline on 1800 637 700.

IPCs are available to order via NDSS pharmacies. To assist IPC users, there is an agreed two month period during which consumers can continue to order by phone or online.

During this transition period, you can place an IPC order by calling your local state and territory NDSS Agent on the Helpline 1800 637 700.

Please note that the delivery fee for home delivery is no longer covered by the NDSS and the following fees will apply:

• Regular Australia Post (5-7 business days): $10 (incl. GST) flat fee nationwide
• Express Australia Post (2-4 business days): $25 (incl. GST) flat fee nationwide
• Courier Delivery (1-2 Business Days): $50 (incl. GST) flat fee nationwide.
