Diabetes Australia conducts a survey of Access Points each year.
The objective of the survey is to collect information from Access Points in relation to NDSS product supply and delivery, resources and information materials, support services and overall satisfaction of NDSS service delivery. Diabetes Australia uses the feedback obtained from the survey to improve their services to Access Points and people registered with the NDSS.
In 2016, overall satisfaction was high:
- 95% of Access Points were satisfied with the delivery of products from the NDSS
- 95% of Access Points were satisfied with the support provided by NDSS Agents.
