Beat it program
For people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
Keep your diabetes care on track with the Beat it program. This program is a group exercise and lifestyle program to help you better manage your diabetes and improve your general health.
Beat it is an 8-week program that involves moderate intensity aerobic, strength and balance based exercises. Classes start slowly and build up as you become fitter, stronger and more confident.
