For NDSS Access Points

Sub-Agent Transaction Summary (SATS) process change

Changes from 1 November 2021

From 1 November 2021, NDSS Access Points will no longer be required to print and mail SATS documentation to their NDSS Agent.

No action is required from Access Points. NDSS Connect will be updated to reflect this change to process.

Contact your Access Point Coordinator from your local NDSS Agent on 1800 637 700 if you require more information or support. Please also refer to the updated Access Point Procedures document in NDSS Connect.
