NDSS Cancellation and Refund Policy

If an error was made in your booking to an NDSS event, program or service, please contact the NDSS Helpline on 1800 637 700 or [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the event date. You will need the following information to allow the cancellation and refund to take place:

If the refund is approved, any original receipt issued becomes void and invalid. A new receipt may be issued accordingly.

Diabetes Australia, as the administrator of the NDSS, is under no obligation to provide refunds due to a change of heart, but will endeavour to ensure that any genuine cancellations are rectified.
