For people with type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes This free online program helps you become (more) active. In this program you will learn about the benefits of moving more, create a plan to get started, and learn where to get support if you need it. The program consists of 4 short modules and takes about 2 hours to complete—but you can take as long as you want. You can also stop at any point and continue at a later time. For the best experience start with Module 1 – Ready and complete the modules in order. Once you have completed one or more of the modules, please provide us feedback through our evaluation form. Module 1—Ready Learn about the many benefits of becoming (more) active and look at what activity you’re already doing. Start Module Module 2—Set Learn about the different types of physical activity, find out what you would like to do more of and learn how to exercise safely. Start Module Module 3—Go Look at ways to overcome any potential stumbling blocks and learn how you can make being active a habit. Start Module Module 4—Let’s keep moving Learn how to sustain exercise habits, how to get back on track if you happen to fall off track and who can support you on your journey. Start Module
