We are conducting our 2022–2023 Annual Survey

Published:

The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) is always working to assess and improve the support provided to people living with diabetes. To help the evaluation and improvement of the NDSS, we run an annual survey. This survey will not only help us understand the health of people living with diabetes, but also help us asses the effectiveness of the NDSS. You may receive an email or SMS over the next two weeks inviting you to take part in this survey. We are very grateful for the time you are giving to help us and others living with diabetes.

The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is conducting this survey as an independent evaluation provider and complies with all relevant privacy legislation. All responses will be anonymous and no identifiable information will be provided to Diabetes Australia. If you have any queries about this survey please contact UTS via [email protected] or Diabetes Australia via [email protected].

Diabetes Australia follows the strictest confidentiality guidelines. We would like to assure you that your personal information has been protected. You can view our privacy policy here.
