Exercise—of course we all know it’s good for health, especially for people with diabetes. But knowing where to start and how to stay motivated can be tough. This is where this three-hour workshop helps. Get support and be empowered to take the first step in making exercise a part of your routine.

Learn about the positive effects of exercise on blood glucose levels, figure out what could be stopping you from being more active, and write up your own step-by-step plan of action.
