These simple steps can help you get on track with managing your diabetes:

  • register with the NDSS
  • learn to manage your diabetes confidently with free diabetes programs, available face-to-face and online
  • work with your health care team
  • take your medication
  • check your blood glucose levels as recommended by your health care team.
