Access Point system issues – June 2023

Published:

The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) deployed a new system release on Monday 5 June 2023 to Access Points (primarily community pharmacy) for processing NDSS subsidised transactions for people living with diabetes.

Since the new system release, the NDSS has identified some issues that we are actively working to resolve. These issues may impact the ability for some eligible NDSS Registrants to order subsidised products.

Access Points are being provided with regular updates on the resolution of these issues. Please be assured the NDSS is committed to providing the best possible service and are working quickly to resolve these issues to ensure timely access to subsidised products.

Please contact the NDSS Helpline on 1800 637 700 for further information.
