Published: 9 February, 2026 The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) is inviting people registered with the NDSS to take part in an important evaluation that will help ensure the NDSS continues to meet the needs of people living with diabetes. We are conducting a series of online focus groups to understand people’s experiences with the NDSS at different stages of their diabetes journey. Your insights will play a valuable role in helping us understand what’s working well and where improvements can be made. Why your voice matters Everyone’s experience of living with diabetes is different. Hearing directly from people at different stages provides meaningful insights that guide how we design programs, information and services. Who can take part We are seeking participants from several groups, including people registered with the NDSS who: were newly diagnosed within the past six months were diagnosed 1–2 years ago have lived with diabetes for more than 10 years live with type 2 diabetes and have started using insulin in the past year If one of these describes you, we’d love to hear from you. What’s involved Online focus group (held via video call) Duration: 1–1.5 hours Dates: Sessions will run between 1 February and 31 March Hosted by: Independent evaluators at ARTD Consultants Your participation is completely voluntary.
