We have a range of free diabetes resources to help you manage your diabetes. They are available in many languages on the NDSS website at ndss.com.au/information-in-your-language.

Information is available to download, print, watch and listen to. Our translated resources include fact sheets, quick guides, videos and podcasts and cover a range of topics including:

  • understanding diabetes
  • food choices
  • diabetes and driving (quick guide and video)
  • annual cycle of care podcast series (available in Dari, Farsi, Tamil).
