For people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes
A free online learning program to help you become (more) active. In this program you will learn about the benefits of moving more, create a plan to get started, and learn where to get support if you need it.
The program consists of 4 short modules that take about 2 hours—but you can take as long as you want. You can also stop at any point and continue at a later time.
- Module 1—Ready: Learn about the many benefits of becoming (more) active and look at what activity you’re already doing.
- Module 2—Set: Learn about the different types of physical activity, find out what you would like to do more of and learn how to exercise safely.
- Module 3—Go: Look at ways to overcome any potential stumbling blocks and learn how you can make being active a habit.
- Module 4—Let’s keep moving: Learn how to sustain exercise habits, how to get back on track if you happen to fall off track and who can support you on your journey.
