This free online program is designed for people living with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who want to become more active but aren’t sure where to begin. Learn about the benefits of moving more, create a personalised activity plan, and discover where to find support when you need it. The program is made up of four modules, each taking around 20–30 minutes to complete. You can go at your own pace, stop at any time, and return whenever you’re ready. To get the most out of the program, start with Module 1 – Ready and complete the modules in order.
